Doctor of Law (PhD), academic lecturer. Visiting Associate Professor at Keio University. Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration, the University of Warsaw. Mobility Coordinator, Head of the School of Polish Law.

Expert in the field of energy law, economy, and energy sector. Author of Regulation in the European Electricity Sector (Abingdon, Oxon; New York, NY: Routledge, 2016). Author of around 70 papers and reports on renewable and conventional energy, administrative, energy, environmental, and nuclear law.

Fellow at the Sustainability College Bruges (SCB). Member of the Young Scientists Council (VI term). Member of the Council of the University Centre for Environmental Studies and Sustainable Development.

Researcher at the University of Basel, Europa Institute, granted the Swiss Government Excellence Scholarship. Researcher at the University of Gothenburg, School of Business, Economics and Law, Department of Law, granted the Swedish Institute, Visby Program scholarship. Granted the municipal government of Shanghai scholarship at the Shanghai University. Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw and the Center for American Law.
