Expert in the field of energy law, economy, and energy sector. Author of Regulation in the European Electricity Sector (Routledge, 2016) and European Law on Combined Heat and Power (Routledge, 2020). Author of about 80 papers and reports on renewable and conventional energy, artificial intelligence, public, energy, environmental, and nuclear law.
