The area of this research, conducted under the auspices of the Swedish Institute during my scholarship in Sweden 2012-2013, is an issue of the energy cooperation in the Baltic Sea Region.
This Report – a study of energy market in the field of electricity sector in eight EU countries – is the result of it. The Report constitutes an attempt to present a complex market situation in the Baltic Sea Region and seeks to find answers to the challenges associated with this part of the internal European Union electricity market.
