The aim of the conference organised in Warsaw was to present reliable knowledge about the course of the accident in Fukushima in 2011 and the conclusions and changes that have been introduced in the nuclear industry after this incident. A particular attention was paid to issues of safe operation of nuclear power plants.
Seminar was a good occasion to discuss these important topics on nuclear industry with the representatives of the Polish Ministry of Energy, Japanese embassy in Poland as well as representatives of the Ministries of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan as well as Japanese experts from institutions responsible for the security of the nuclear sector.
