My legal analysis of the production of heat and electricity in cogeneration, which was carried out for the first time in European research, received recognition from the Award Committee. In the book "European Law on Combined Heat and Power", I discuss the advancement of this technology in the EU and the Member States' support of it through various legal regulation tools. The Award Committee concluded that my work is unquestionably future-focused.
Every year, distinguished doctoral dissertations, highly regarded accomplishments serving as the foundation for the awarding of the academic degree of doctor habilitated or the degree of doctor habilitated in art, as well as scientific, technical, or artistic achievements, are recognised with the Prime Minister's Research Awards.
