The Council is a statutory advisory body of the Minister of Science and Higher Education. The main tasks of the Council include: identifying career barriers for young scientists, preparing proposals for solutions supporting the career development of young scientists, as well as promoting solutions and mechanisms supporting the career development of young researchers in Poland.
